I think most people will agree that the KEEN Newport is one of the best walking sandals on the market. The built up toe box and grippy sole make them perfect for scrambling over rocks, in and out of water, as you explorer new places. They are also fantastic to wear in warm weather when you want your feet to breath naturally. The bungie laces and ankle loop make then easy to put on and take off. The soles feature "razor siping" to improve ground traction and are also "non-marking". And yes, that yellow writing does say "waterproof". This denotes that the material is hyperphobic - will repel water. This makes them very popular with watersports enthusiasts.

Typically for KEEN, the Targhee comes in many different forms. For those that prefer to walk in quality hiking shoes rather than boots, we have the Targhee III Waterproof Hiking Shoes. With 4mm multi-directional lugs, the soles are wonderfully grippy. They are also quite supple making then very comfortable to walk in.

The Vibram sole provides superb grip and support. GTX highlights the Gore-Tex membrane that ensures your feet stay warm and dry.

The Terra has been a best-seller for SCARPA for many years. This is the latest version with many improved features including a revised last shape with more space given around the toes. Similarly to the Aku, these boots are aimed at walkers heading out across the moors or into the hills.

The most advanced hiking boot currently in our range is the SCARPA Manta Pro GTX. A classic amongst mountaineers, the Manta Pro was designed for UK mountain conditions. It is fully C2 crampon compatible and we have the appropriate crampons in stock. I recently handled the new 2020 version of the Manta Pro. They have made further weight savings whilst building upon the heritage of the previous models.
