About the Event

This month, Jim will be in conversation with award winning Wildlife Cameraman and Photographer, Ian McCarthy - famous for his work on series such as Autumn Watch, Life in the Freezer, Blue Planet, Planet Earth and Frozen Planet.  In the years that span the filming of these landmark series Ian’s camera work has been nominated for a Primetime Emmy on 3 occasions. He was awarded an Emmy for his camera work on Blue Planet and a BAFTA for Life in the Freezer.

Ian has a studio in Fowey, Cornwall - "Images from the Wild".

Jim and Ian go back a good few years and his spectacular prints are displayed in BASECAMP and have generated a lot of interest.

Come and enjoy an interesting and entertaining evening as Jim McNeill interviews Ian about his career as a cameraman, his talent for photography and his passion for wildlife.
