Matt O’Brien – Senior Trainer and Leader
36, is an Adventure Guide based in St Davids, Pembrokeshire. He has spent all of his working life leading people in the outdoors & is a qualified mountain leader, climbing instructor, kayak coach and member of the Institute for Outdoor Learning. A member of the 2004 Geomagnetic expedition, Matt continued with Ice Warrior co-ordinating the training for the next teams and as part of the 4 Poles Expedition, Matt led Ice Warrior 2 to the Geomagnetic Pole in April 2006 |

Emma Linford – Trainer and leader
Em, 34, is a professional outdoor development trainer and leader. She works with both youth and corporate teams. She has participated in and led expeditions to many hot, humid countries but hopes to add freezing conditions to her repertoire!

Jenny Bowen– Trainer and leader
Jenny is a qualified mountain leader and is often found in the hills
teaching skills required for expeditions to wilderness areas.
Professionally, Jenny is also an ecologist and has led numerous
scientific expeditions to remote locations worldwide where she has been
involved in ecological data collection and analysis. She has written
scientific papers to assist management of conservation initiatives."

Dave Hughes – Trainer and leader
Dave, 38, is a Management Training professional, as well as an outdoor education professional based in St Davids, West Wales. Dave was also a member of 2004 Geomagnetic team. Dave co-led the successful Ice Warrior team 1 with Mark in 2006. |
